1. How much space will I need?
For bouncy castles. We need a minimum free space of 1ft either side of the unit, 3ft at the front and 5ft at the rear. For inflatable Slides. We need 2ft at the rear, 3ft at the front, 1ft to the left of the unit and 5ft to the right of the unit (to accomodate the blower). If you are in doubt please call and we will do our best to advise. If you don't have sufficient space don't give up - we do many indoor hires within recreation centres and village halls throughout Basingstoke - call us for details. Our castles are designed for use on grass. Stones and sharp objects will damage the units, please ensure the area where you want us to put the unit is clear. 2. How much are your castles? Our castles and slides range from £50 per hire. We are happy to discuss discounted package prices should you require multiple units and or party packs with the units.3. What happens when it rains? In the event of poor weather conditions on the day of your hire we will call you discuss the options. For safety reasons we do not let our units out in heavy rain or strong wind. We do not charge a cancellation fee. To prevent the party coming to a halt because of a rain shower our bouncy castles have sun shades/shower covers. We do however strongly recommend that the bouncy bed is towel dried before use to prevent accidents. 4. Will your castles go indoors! 6. Do you have insurance? Yes we carry £5 MILLION Public liability Insurance. This cover insures you against injury caused by a failure of our unit. It does not cover for injuries incurred during use - we recommend you take out additional insurance for your event.7. Can I get it any cheaper? We believe that we offer the best value for money available however we are also parents! We therefore offer bundled packages for two or more units, multi-day hire and mid week deals. Call us with your requirements - we will be happy to help. If someone is offering you a cheaper castle please make sure that you are getting a like for like unit. Our units are new, safe, bright, clean and colourful, they are also themed. Our units all meet the latest stringent HSE safety requirements, 8. Does it have a rain cover? All our castles come with a permenantly attached shade cover (with the exception of our Knights and Damsel's unit ). Our covers are designed primarily to act as a sun shade but they will provide some protection during a light rain shower. In the event of a heavy rain shower if the bouncy bed is wet we advise you stop using the unit, wait for the shower to pass and then towel dry the bouncy bed before re-using the bouncer. Please BEWARE a fully enclosed cover in the sun can make the unit exceptionally hot - we do not therefore provide this type of cover. 9. Payment When we confirm the booking this means that your castle is removed from
the available castles on the day guaranteeing delivery for you. We do not
currently request a deposit but we do require payment on delivery. We prefer
payment in cash. Payment with cheques increases our overheads (additional
bank charges). These increased overheads would eventually mean us having
to put our prices up! |
